Any student who is enrolled at a recognised Australian or international tertiary institution at the time the conference is convened is eligible for the discounted rate. Students will be asked to provide their student ID Number and Institution at time of registration.

Single Day Registration

Day Registrants will be asked to nominate the day that they will be attending when completing their registration. Day delegates are entitled to the following:

  • Entry to all Parallel Sessions, Keynote, and Plenary Sessions on the nominated day
  • All official documentation including Program
  • Morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the nominated day

Important Registration, Payment & Cancellation Information

Payment Online

Online registration is preferred. The booking form will be available from 1 September 2018 to register and book dinner and concerts. Payment is via PayPAL. You may pay by Amex, MasterCard or Visa or from your PayPAL account.

Other Payment Methods

Please contact the Organising Committee by email should you wish to arrange another payment method.

All payments by cheque incur a $10.00 processing fee. Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 12 October 2018. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online unless other arrangements have been made.

Cheques are to be made payable to Musicological Society of Australia and posted to the MSA WA Chapter President, Jonathan Paget, Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Edith Cowan University, 2 Bradford St. Mt Lawley WA 6050, together with details of the items that are being paid for. Your name, full postal address, and email address should be printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified by emailto the Organising Committee.

Registration Fees:

  • Before 28 October cancellation will incur a A$10.00 processing fee.
  • After 28 October cancellation will incur a A$30 cancellation fee.

Dinner: Payments are non-refundable after 21 November 2018.
