MSA 2009 National Conference

Student Travel Grants

In recent years the MSA has allocated funding to help with the expenses of student members presenting papers at National Conferences.

Students whose papers have been accepted for inclusion in the conference programme are welcome to apply for travel grants, including your name and paper title, the address from which you will be travelling, likely cost of travel, and indication of any institutional support you may have secured.

The application should reach John Phillips, Awards Committee Chair, jphil@iprimus.com.au, no later than FRIDAY AUGUST 28th. Confirmation of receipt of the application will be sent. The results will be made known the following week.

Indigenous Scholarships (Travel Grants)

Scholarships to assist MSA indigenous members (current or intentional, and who need not be students) with the expenses of travel to the 2009 conference are also available. Applicants should include their name, address, paper or presentation title, and an indication of their anticipated expenses.
